Superb Accommodation, everything that we needed, including dishwasher, a complete bargain on a holiday. The most wonderful walks ever, which we stumbled upon by mistake. Wonderful nature that we photographed. Very welcoming people throughout the whole area of Suisse Normandy. We were expecting an old shack and got top class accommodation. TOP NOTCH. When I took my grandfather back to Normandy after 60 years it was going to be an act of closure for him. Our enjoyment at this lovely "billet" was such that we now all want to go again next year. We made some very special visits around the former battlefields and it was nice to retire to the Gite at the end of the day.

Gite Wyvern was truly a home from home, very well equipped, clean and newly furnished. The Gite is set in an idyllic location with many places of interest to visit. A great escape! Fantastic holiday, could not have asked for more. Kay and Ronnie.
Our first visit to France and the delights of Normandy. We had a wonderful week, the girls especially enjoyed the long walks and the visits to the D-Day landing beaches. The Gite was home from home and a perfect spot for some really relaxing time. We still haven't got over how quiet it was. We all really enjoyed seeing the bats roosting in the barn. We have spent 2 wonderful months here. The Gite is absolutely beautiful and in an excellent position for touring Normandy. The Gite has catered for our every need and we will definitely feel sad to leave. Rachael, Chris, Holly and Olivia.

Another fantastic time spent at the Gite, visited all the landing beaches. The setting of Clecy we found the prettiest in the region. We have made lots of friends here that we are going to keep in touch with. We have had some rainy days and have just enjoyed relaxing in the Gite with the children. Can't wait to come back again. We very much enjoyed our holiday in Clecy. We thought the
Gite was
great and very well equipped. We were very lucky with the weather and
we were able to sit out a lot, as well as explore the area. The
welcome pack was most appreciated on arrival as we realised we hadn't
packed a bottle of wine! We loaded the car up with wine on return so
are now well stocked at home. Denise
So many trips planned but once the weather perked up there seemed little need other than enjoy the Clecy environment and the Gite. Of course we did the landing beaches on June 6th, a humbling experience. The golf course next door is a gem. Superb setting, challenging, friendly, well kept and all things undulating. Thanks for a lovely Gite. We saw a lot of sights and shopping in Caen. Dinard airport is very quaint and 2 hours from the Gite. Eat out at the Moulin Vey which is fantastic.
We really enjoyed our stay, and thought the Gite and its setting were superb. We managed to BBQ each night and sat outside to eat all but one evening. We were pleased with how well the Gite is equipped and would certainly recommend it to our friends. Our grand-daughter who is just toddling enjoyed the garden (as did we all), the toys and the stair gate were a real bonus. We would certainly like to visit again to see more of the area, do the walks we didn't get round to and play gold on the course next door. Barbara & family.
We had a great time, the Gite is very
comfortable and we had 3 BBQs. We enjoyed meals in Clecy and went a bit
further a field to visit Le Mont San Michel and to Bayeux to see the
tapestry. Our most exciting day was canoeing on the river Orne just 10
minutes away, when all 5 of us braved the rapids and felt 10 years younger -
and quite a lot wetter too! A very refreshing holiday with a good base to do
lots if you want too. The Canty's
